Flowers Bombers, Denver

FLOWER BOMBERS

A very pretentious LA friend once asked us who our florist was and we deeply (deeply) rolled our eyes. But after having Flower Bombers create gorgeous bouquets for a recent event, we COMPLETELY get why having a florist you love and trust is important. When we saw this bouquet, "Sweater Weather," we completely changed our decor and color palette to match it, as we found it just so lovely in all its Anthropologie-inspired perfectness. MORE GOOD STUFF: We also love free delivery, a choice of an always creative succulent arrangement and, as we did, if you're having a party, they will build mini-flower arrangements that match your bigger bouquet. Perfect for spreading around your tablescape or home. See selection and pricing, here. Photo: Andrea Watson
bottle rocket liquor station, Denver

BOTTLE ROCKET LIQUOR STATION

Bottle Rocket makes the cut as one of our favorite liquor stores for their completely non-intimidating approach to booze shopping. They're knowledgeable and friendly with a killer craft beer list, tons of wine in the $25 and under price range and you can always find a wide arrange of liquor from local Colorado crafters. MORE GOOD STUFF: Need a hostess gift? They can put a Bloody Mary kit together for you featuring local vodka and The Real Dill Bloody Mary Mix. Check out store location and hours, here.
cheese + provisions, denver

CHEESE + PROVISIONS

Cheese + Provisions make really amazing artisan cheese and cured meats boards that will wow your guests and free up your party-planning time. You can let Cheese + Provisions design your platter or let them know what your favorite meats and cheese are. They work from all different price points, as well. BEST THING EVER: They have a whole page on their website dedicated to which cheeses pair with which beer and wine, taking the guesswork out of your wine store visit. Find the cheese pairing guide, here. And you can find more information on ordering and pricing your platter, here.

The Art Hotel and Restaurant, Denver

The Art, A Hotel

We crave beautifully designed spaces and the The Art is a stunner (just try and get off the fourth floor elevator and not have your jaw drop). When the weather is mild, there's no better place than the Fire Terrace for a cocktail and Denver rooftop views (grab a booth with its very own fire pit). When things get chilly, the Fire Lounge provides stunning views of the city, and we can't think of a better treat than a sunset, there. Pro Tip: grab a table by the far wall for maximum viewage.
Hotel Teatro, Denver

Hotel Teatro

Winter is coming (we swear) and if you're like us, you love a beautiful hotel fireplace to cozy up in front of it. Have you been to The Study at Hotel Teatro? You must! First, pop into The Nickel for amazing American fare (the Short Ribs & the Caledonian Prawns are out of this world). But then take your S'mores dessert and hot toddy (they even make one that's vegan) and enjoy it in front of the warmth of the fireplace at The Study.
Fish N Beer, Denver

Fish N Beer

You've got to check out Fish N Beer, the new concept in RiNo from Chef Kevin Morrison (of Tacos Tequila Whiskey). His Oysters are some of the best we've ever ate, and we're East Coasters. What to Try: House Oysters (with garlic butter & Parmesan) and the Blowfish Tails (the blackened aioli that comes with this is FANTASTIC). You'll get to pair all this goodness with some great Ratio Beers, as well as some iconic American beers.
