Colorado Summer Bucket List Preview: Sunset Stand Up Paddleboard

Denver's best paddle boarding

Okay, sometimes I get too excited about a post and can’t contain myself. Today, a shoot of mine got rescheduled so I spent my lunch break writing a post about what I think are my ultimate summer bucket list items for Colorado.

I can’t wait to show it to you and it has items I’ve never posted about before, like hiking with Llamas, boating, rafting, ATVing the sand dunes and so, so much more. Since life is pretty darn hectic, I’m not sure when my next break will be to finish the article and add photos, and I didn’t want you to miss out on one of the items on my list: A sunset standup paddle board and kayak.

Denver Outdoor Adventure Company features these, in both Sloan’s Lake and in Littleton’s Chatfield Reservoir. I chose to profile Denver Outdoor Adventure Company because I know people who have done the Sloan’s Lake SUP and loved it, and because they have excellent reviews, which you can check, here. Pricing starts at just under $14 and goes to just over $27 for a tandem kayak.

Now if Jefferson Park or Littleton is just too far of a drive, check out these other outfitters for SUP or kayaking.
