One thing I love more than margaritas, are summery, patio-sippin’, fruity margaritas. The reason I created this Dragon Fruit, Pineapple and Mango Margarita recipe is because it’s a fun way to look forward to the warmer weather. And I love the addition of dragon fruit, which makes this margarita not too overly-sweet.
I’ve partnered with Jose Cuervo on this recipe because they are the original inventors of tequila. Yes, over 250 years ago! I love brands that not only have amazing products but originate as family businesses.
I hope you really love this Dragon Fruit, Pineapple and Mango Margarita. I made this margarita recipe so it’s really simple, and easy to make!
Dragon Fruit, Pineapple and Mango Margarita
. 6 ounces of Jose Cuervo Especial Silver
. 1/2 cup of frozen dragon fruit
. 1 cup of mango
. 1 cup ounces of triple sec
. 1 ½ cups of ice
. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Place all the ingredients, except for your dragon fruit, lime juice and a ½ a cup of ice, in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses. Place the dragon fruit, lime juice and remaining ice into the blender and puree, then pour this into your glass, so you have 2 contrasting colors! Garnish with a lime wedge!
I’d love to know what you think! And don’t be afraid to swap out the pineapple and mango with your favorite fruits!
As always, I love when you share my posts on Facebook and Pinterest!
